My name is Ana Maria and I am passionate about movement and science. It is my aim to provide my clients with the best possible results and to make them feel like time flies during their sessions. For me, knowledge is power and I use that knowledge to achieve the best results. Pilates came into my life as a means of preventing and overcoming injuries during my professional ballet career.
